Is anyone else feeling the effects of the high ozone levels here, lately? I have not, up until just recently. Seems hard to get a fresh breath of air . Anyone else or is it just me?

The weekend was just fine however the temps were cooler. Is some of that poor air quality because of wind direction of the fires north of the valley? Today I'm noticing a little more difficulty with odor in the air.

High ozone levels usually only occur in the far east valley out by AJ. This is due to prevailing surface winds during the day that push the stuff to the east. I did not look at the gauges to see if the elevated ozone of the last couple days was concentrating in another place. Could be, but I bet the levels in most parts of the valley were very low.

I was driving back from the mountains yesterday and noted that the air looked pretty decent with good visibility coming in. Of course, you can't see ozone like you can the dust.

I've been mysteriously stuffy lately. Maybe that's why? I don't have asthma but it seems I've had allergies or something, maybe it's the pollution. IDK. Food for thought anyway.

Yes, me too. Stuffy, headache, sneezing and just a little malaise.

Wow, yes, that is exactly how I've been feeling. Glad to know what it is, I was starting to wonder which plants I could be allergic to this time of year. Now that I know there has been some high pollution it makes sense.

Thanks Phxbarb.
