Can anyone tell be more about this Subdivision, I plan on buying a home here and do not really no a lot about this area? It looks nice. I have talked to some of the people who live there and they seem to like it a lot. The home DOES not have a water softener, do you need one in this area? Also is there a community pool for this subdivision?
Thanks,
J

I'm not familiar with the particulars of that place. You are planning on buying a home there and you don't yet know whether there's a community pool? As far as water softeners, they are NOT an absolute necessity, though some prefer softer water.

Don't mean to be picking on you, I just thought it was a bit odd that you didn't know the amenities, if you were already planning to buy there. . As far as jobs, it depends on what field you are asking about. Jobs in Queen Creek/San Tan Valley are likely fewer in number than in less remote parts of the Valley, so you could be setting yourself up for a long commute. What type of job are you looking for?

Hello observer53 thanks for the feedback and I was only joking with you. I am kind of making fun of the Taylor area because HOA is so high with no recreation area. Job wise we are in the network analyst field and any government job, I work for the Depart. of Energy. I may be looking for something in Florence or Coolidge area. I heard they have state jobs in these areas. We have been looking online but that is a nightmare. How is the new Intel facility in Chandler coming along? I hear they will be hiring people, I know you are not a job search but just want to see what is out. Thanks for all your input.

Jobs with the state in Florence or Coolidge in any area related to your training? I'm doubtful. If you want to know about the Intel facility in Chandler, you might want to do a search here or start another thread on that topic.
