Have you checked Sun City? Trilogy at Vistancia is very nice but expensive HOA...

There are three different fees at Leisure World according to where you live. Condo fees are the most, but they include insurance. Homes with grass are intermediate level, and the community takes care of the landscaping. Homes with desert landscaping pay the least - our fee currently is $222.

Thank you all for your replies. We have just returned from another visit and have narrowed our search down to Sunlakes. Both areas have their positives but our preference is the Chandler location. Thanks again :-)
