There's no link from Facebook to the regular website.

The online menu is unreadable, looks like a badly scanned JPG. PDF is better. It has no description of the beer (any draft root beer?), which is presumably the point of this joint.

Although I don't drink, this is a good addition to the downtown bar/ nightlife scene. Not to mention attracting more people to an area that was once blighted for so long.

Yep, great addition! That area is really starting to come around...this new \spot is right across from Moira Sushi and right around the corner from The Roosevelt plus you have the new Concord Eastridge apartments going up a block away. Good stuff.

Draft root beer would be good. So would ginger ale. There's a craft bar in Pittsburgh that makes its own ginger ale, heavenly enough to be served in a place called the Angel's Trumpet.

Stopped by with a few friends at Angel's Trumpet Ale House last night around 9pm and the place was packed! Wait time for a table was over an hour and we were hungry, so we didn't stick around, but the place looked great. Went to Moira Sushi right around the corner and it was great, stayed there for over 2 1/2 hours.

I can read the menu. Also - a place like that typically has a rotating tap list, so it wouldn't make a lot of sense to put it to print. Better to post updates via Facebook. We'll see how/if they manage it.

I went there a couple nights ago. Great beer and great food.

Ah come on! Draft beer is healthier than soda (if root beer is a soda), provided you keep it moderate. Good for the heart in moderate amounts. BAD for the heart, liver, etc. in consistently large amounts. Sodas usually are made with high fructose corn syrup. Not good if you are trying to be a body builder.

So what beers are on tap? For me having Dos Equis and Negra Modelo on tap at my neighborhood bar suit me well. But yeah I like varieties. 32 on tap (hopefully real beer)?

Root beer generally qualifies as a soda. I wanted draft, because it's a lot better than canned root beer. The good stuff doesn't use high-fructose corn syrup either.
