On a small mountain in the Tonto National Forest stand several tall towers topped with microwave dishes. The towers serve six telecommunications customers ranging from television stations to cellular telephone service providers.

I'm not sure as to the owner/lessee of the towers or land. But the heliport at that location 63AZ has AT&T listed as the owner.

According to antennasearch.com, the towers (at the end of Microwave Tower Rd) belong to AT&T and Pactel Paging. Renting space on these towers is a high number of lessees. Included are (if I'm reading correctly) Flood Control District of Maricopa County, AT&T Communications of the Mountain States, Nextel, AAA Cab, Ace Taxi, repeaters (public and private), City of Apache Junction, Phoenix Newspapers...a lot of wireless companies too (Note to self: Buy a tower and rent space...$$ in the bank! ).
