Top Doctor In Phoenix (sold, local, library)

Hi all,

I am looking for the issue of "top doctor" from phoenix magazine, Here is what I did and I still can't get it:
1)searched on the web;
2)local library
3)called "phoenix magazine" and was told "sold out".

since it's such a valuable issue, why nobody keeps it? can anybody help me to provide more solution to find this???
