Are homes in the $950K range selling in N. Scottsdale if truly priced right (under market)? I found a great home I want to buy but also need to sell my current home. If I get really aggressive when I list the home for sale, will I still have problems selling? Home is in great condition with good upgrades including pool.

When is the best month to list a property for sale? Should I wait after the Thanksgiving/Xmas holidays or is Jan slow?

I put mine up for sale the day before Thanksgiving last year and I had it sold and closed by the 2nd week of Feb. We had the most showings in January.

I don't know about 950K, but the market for 500-700K homes is strong in Scottsdale. That is what I have seen and heard.

How is the real estate market in North Scottsdale in general? Are people looking at least to buy or are there virtually no buyers?
