Deer Valley apartment recommendations (Phoenix, Sun City: apartments, renting, townhomes)

Hey everyone, I recently accepted a job to work in Northern Phoenix and will be starting in June. My work is located near Agua Fria Fwy and Black Canyon Fwy. I am looking for recommendations for an apartment for my fiancé and I (both in our late 20's) with the following qualities:

1) washer/dryer & dishwasher in unit (MUST)
2) onsite workout facility
3) newer construction (built in last 10 years)
4) quiet (no kids or pets preferably, or not family friendly)
5) excellent maintenance
6) large closet spaces
7) no bug/pest issues (MUST)

I am fine with either a 1 or 2 bedroom and my price range is up to $1500/month. I would appreciate any recommendations you guys may have, thanks!

The San Norterra Apartments in the North Phoenix Norterra area are new, have a fitness center, and walk-in closets in the master bedrooms. However, it may be difficult to find an apartment that is quiet (it's against the law not to be family-friendly unless it is in a age-restricted retirement community like in Sun City), who knows what the maintenance will be like six months from now if it is great today, and any apartment is only bug-free as long as you or your next door neighbors aren't pigs - you can control yourself but not your neighbors.

If you would like more control over pests and freedom from neighbors, I would suggest renting a house. There are plenty in your price range in close proximity. With a house you won't have neighbors sharing walls and ceiling/floors, and you provide your own pest control. You could put your own workout equipment in an extra bedroom, or go to a nearby gym. Never a guarantee on how well the landlord will keep it maintained, however.

There are several nice privately owned Townhomes in the area that will offer you a more private experience including garages for your cars/storage.

Talus Ranch at Sonoran Foothills (a little north of that area, at Dove Valley Rd and North Valley Parkway) has most of those features and will run you well under your $1500/month threshold. The only failing here is the kid / pet friendly (as it is).
