Anyone recommend a good honest housekeeper? We are moving to Phoenix, near Tatum & Shea, and are looking for someone to thouroughly clean the house prior to moving and and if they are good, honest and reliable, we would be interested in hiring them for bi-weekly cleaning going forward.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, Rita's Housecleaning 623.463.0869 or 602.576.3959. She's been cleaning our house for over a year and they do a great job, never had a problem. I have some $10 off coupons as well.

Default follow up question on Rita

Do you use Rita, or is Rita the name of the company? Are you there when she cleans, or does she have a key to your house? Do she do laundry as well, our current housekeeper doesn't and that's fine, but just curious. &, if you don't mind, do you have a range for what she charges.

Thanks so much for your help!

Rita's Housecleaning is the name of the company, but the owner's name is Rita and that's who to ask for when you call.
We are usually here when she cleans, since we work from home, but there have been instances where we weren't and it wasn't a problem.
I don't think she does laundry, never asked though. Price is going to depend on the size of the house, but an average 1800-2000 sq ft house is about $150-$175 the first time out if I remember correctly.

Again, depends on the size of the house...but my sister just had her come out and clean and it's $150 per month for bi-weekly services (comes out twice a month) or $100 if you do it one time monthly.
