Tolleson isn't necessarily dangerous but I'd say it's 'spottier' than other, more expensive areas.

I agree with your post aside from this portion. Unless you have a different version of City-Data than I do, you have no way of knowing anyone's race, color, creed, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disabilities. It's an anonymous internet forum, and people can't see each other, nor do they have any way of knowing if what posters state about themselves is actually true. That's why I take everything in these forums with a very large grain of salt.
