A coworker of mine was telling me that some builder (forgot the name, I think he said standard pacific) was planning to build new homes in Scottsdale Mountain within the next 2 years depending on the direction of housing return of course. I can't find any info on this online. I am curious as to exactly where the site is, its looks like Scottsdale Mountain has no land left to build on. Ideally, I would be all over this if it is truly north of via linda with mountain views and priced comparably to the existing 90s homes (but I don't see any undeveloped land?). I see land closer to the Mayo campus which isn't Scottsdale Mountain proper... that wouldn't interest me much . Anyone know what I am talking about?

According to their website, currently the only plans they have in Scottsdale are at DC Ranch and Troon North. Im sure you could email them or stop in one of their sales office and inquire if they are buying land near your desired area.

I know there are plans for some new Townhomes & Villas in a development called BEAUFORT AT SCOTTSDALE MOUNTAIN.

City approved the plan, not sure how far along there are with construction.
