Considering relocating to PHX area. I have seen several postings for corporate training jobs but they seem to be mostly in call centers. Any insider information here about the availability of training positions in other industries in the area? I am a former teacher but am NOT interested in those jobs.

I've done a little research on trails for running in the area, there seem to be several large parks but a lot of the trails seemed to be hiking type trails. Are these trails typically crowded with hikers? I typically like to hit areas that are a little less crowded so I don't have to do the "stop and go" every time I run up on a hiking group.

Can't answer the first question, but can answer the second. Phoenix is a great place for trail running, depending on where you live. I have always made it a priority to live within 10 minutes of trails so that I can run before or after work. About the only trails where you would have to start and stop if you are running would be Squaw Peak and Camelback. Used to live right down the street from North Mountain and had miles and miles of trail and never an issue with hikers. Biggest problem is mountain bikers who don't understand the concept that pedestrians have the right of way.
