I am moving from humid St.Louis to Phoenix and want to have a 800-900 sq. ft. 1br. 1 bath casita built on my 3 acres which I don't have bought yet
Does anyone have any recommendations for a quality builder/contractor? It's a small home but I am sure someone likes small jobs. I don't have the property bought yet so if you just have a few builders to recommend that would be great. I have built homes in St.Louis and thought about building it myself if I can find a contractor to work with for assistance and pointers. Oh, moving in 4 weeks, going to rent till project is done. (Also need place to rent with my 4 great dogs, good luck, I know) Thank you!

Does anyone have any recommendations for a quality builder/contractor? It's a small home but I am sure someone likes small jobs. I don't have the property bought yet so if you just have a few builders to recommend that would be great. I have built homes in St.Louis and thought about building it myself if I can find a contractor to work with for assistance and pointers. Oh, moving in 4 weeks, going to rent till project is done. (Also need place to rent with my 4 great dogs, good luck, I know) Thank you!
