I own several homes in San Tan and I keep one vacant and furnished for use when I'm there during the winter. San Tan like any community has its ups and downs. Just about everything I need is there and if I need to go into Mesa or Gilbert, yes it is a 20-30 minute commute but its not everyday I need to visit those other areas. As for crime, there is crime all over Phoenix and San Tan is no different than any other Phoenix suburb. In fact, I keep my Ferrari there half the year and have never felt like its a mistake to keep it there. I find the people in San Tan are very friendly, courteous, hard working and always willing to help out.

It looks like there is a lot of growth out that way. Are there plans to build the freeway network out there? Will they build the 303 all the way around there and connect it to the 10?
