Anyone interested in this over 55 community to be built? Never heard of AV Homes but saw the models in Cante Mia (Estrella) and they are very nice. Will be starting end of this year in the Eastmark planned community and am wondering what they will start at pricewise. If you have any info, could you let me know? Thx

DMB Associates is the developer and they work with several builders including AV Homes. It looks like you are talking about "Encore" at Eastmark. It seems that they are still in the planning stages and will not be starting the project until later this year. They say they will release home prices when it gets closer to that time. I looked them up on my "new home" MLS option and it just refers to this link"

Encore at Eastmark | Vitalia Homes

This link is just their public preview page. Sorry, they have just not released any other info at this time or any that I could find right now.

I just read that Encore at Eastmark is now open! I have been looking at their home plans online (AV Homes) and they finally added the prices this week. You need to look at the AV Homes site to view the information. Encore At Eastmark in Mesa, AZ Community Overview

Funny how the prices originally were in the hundreds and then after opening, they jumped into the 200s. I had planned to go to the opening, but went out there the day before and found it to be way too far from anything and crossed it off my "lookee loo" list. Now there is supposed to be a new 55+ community by Pulte in Chandler (Riggs and Lindsay I think) but no ground broken yet. We shall see what this turns into and with prices rising here, it will probably be comparable in price as Encore.

Wow... glad I saw this thread! I wasn't aware of Lone Tree, that Pulte is building in Chandler. Their website says 'sales starting mid-2015'. Thanks for the info!
