Thanks and good luck on your renovation. Post some pictures when you get it done. Here are a couple other views from different angles, not perfect but we enjoy it.

Looking at the 10 day for my zip code in Deer Valley, I see a couple of days at the end of the week where it is supposed to be 98, then back to 80 early next week. I think you can stay outdoors a bit longer.

Maybe you should move to a warmer zip code since you like the heat so much. Supposed to be 102 here on Sunday and in the 90's until late next week when it looks like another storm blows in.

Yeah, that looks cooler than over here.

I'm perfectly happy where I'm at and never "miserable" here. The summers are daunting but that is just part of living here. The only thing that is anywhere near "miserable" for me is the dust. I can deal with the heat and find a way to make it tolerable but the dust I admit gets me feeling . Only takes a day like we had Sunday to get me to forget about it until the next dust storm rolls through.

I'm with ya on the dust. That has been a big adjustment. I can't stand the stuff!

I may be over sensitive to the dust and it may not bother others as much. Do you have an outdoor space that you use? I have to clean the patio and backyard weekly (more often after dust storms) just to be able to use it as an outdoor space and get rid of the layer of dust over everything. I also don't like that we can't open windows as often as we like as it lets the dust in the house and you can see it collect all over the furniture and floor right after you've cleaned the house.

Get rid of the dusty air down here and I don't think I would have anything to complain about (other than my neighbors barking dog).

Speaking of dogs, yours look like they are posing for a pool company ad in that shot.

Lol, they sit there and wait for us to throw ice cubes (from our cocktails) so they can chase them as the ice cubes slide across the pool deck. Then they lay down and crunch the ice...seems to be a hobby of theirs.
