Is anyone else having problems with the T-Mobile network? My LTE/4g hasn't been working since last night and it's really pissing me off. What gives does anyone know?

Yeah it's working fine now just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one experiencing technical difficulties.

I've had it with Tmobile in general. I was in FL for work for a few months and their coverage there was spotty at best. I go in to Home Depot here in the Valley yesterday and no service at all while my wife, who is on ATT has plenty of bars. I'm switching to ATT ASAP.

I had the same problem, glad to see it was a network issue and not that my phone was going on the fritz.

ATT really isn't better. I've had every single cell phone provider out here, they all tend to drop signals in various areas of the Valley with the possible exception of Verizon. I've been with T-Mobile for 1 year now and can't complain, service works very well in most places I go with the exception of some of the open roads north and south of Payson although I did notice that I get 4G up in St John's which was pretty nuts.

I pay $80 a month for unlimited talk/text/4G data plus discounted international calling. I used roughly around 11 GB of data last month which would have cost me a fortune on Verizon or ATT. They've also been bumping their Hotspot data over the last few months and now give me 3 total GB per month to use my phone as a Hotspot which would cost me even more with some other providers.

If nothing else, I'm happy to support T-Mobile because they've been the pressure point on the other wireless providers to stop gouging customers and get their #$## together.

My husband and I have both been having problems with t-mobile, and I mean for at least a month!
Dropped calls ALL the time, internet connection is hit and miss, etc...
He went in to the t-mobile store and was told that a LOT of people are experiencing the same things, and that they dont know what the problem is.
I am going to call them and demand a credit on my bill!

I know I lose signal northeast of Daisy Mountain Road intermittently when I am up around Anthem. Haven't had any actual issues inside the main commercialized area's though. What kind of phone are you using by chance? I know with some of these newer smartphone's, the main emphasis seems to almost be on processor speed and data-associated functions as opposed to pure call quality. I have a Nexus 5 phone from Google, my friend has an HTC One and his phone frequently seems to drop calls or have voice clarity problems where mine doesn't have any issues.

I would certainly be interested to see if there are brands that are more prone to dropped calls, poor call quality...etc.

Here is a report from RootMetrics that compares the performance and reliability of carriers here in the Phoenix area:
RootMetrics RootScore Reports

AT&T and Verizon are nearly tied for the top spot, with both getting the RootScore Award. T-Mobile isn't too far behind, though.

Sprint, on the other hand, is far behind the others, however, they just lit up their LTE network in the Phoenix area this week, so perhaps on the next report they will see improved scores.

I had Sprint for a few years, even then they were promising that high-speed networks were just around the corner. I used to remember heading to Queen Creek and signal reception would just die out completely.
