Hello. My husband and I will be relocating to Phoenix in mid-August. We are looking to rent a house with a budget of around $1,200. We are not familiar with the area, but want to be in a safe part of town. Husband will be attending school in downtown Phoenix. We are 24 years old and have two dogs, so dog-friendly housing is a must. Can anyone recommend areas in phoenix to look or trustworthy realtors? Any help would be great. Thank you!

You might try Zillow or Trulia as well as Craigslist, you can filter on things like price, pet friendly and sq footage. Many realtors will have their info in the listings. I used Toma Partners who were pretty good, they were associated with the listing for the house that I was interested in.
