As others have said, if you have one you most likely have many. They are extremely difficult to kill. The only other spiders I know of that prey on Fiddlebacks are Cellar spiders. Calling the exterminator will not kill the Fiddlebacks (they're resistant to most pesticides) but it will kill their foodsource and thus they'll probably move on to the neighbor's house.
We have our own version of the recluse, called the "desert recluse" (Loxosceles deserta).

Those are very dangerous spiders and the bites can and will cause a necrotizing wound. I would invest in some serious spider traps. I dont live in AZ but have been there and seen the spiders. Where I live (WA) We have hobo spiders that come around during summer time and try to come inside in the fall! I buy these sticky traps that fold into a box shape and can be placed along the wall and in corners and other dark spots. Luckily we haven't had issues with spiders coming in our home, but our garage can be a spot they like to hide. I put those traps everywhere and spray a mixture of peppermint oil and water along my house and all over my porch, in my flower beds, and heavily douse the door jams and window seals to keep them away. Dont know if that'll work for you...look up hobo spiders, they aren't as deadly as a brown recluse but they still have a nasty bite.

Can the bit cause a necrotizing wound? Yes. Its a remote possibility, but if youre allergic to their venom, your chances are higher. Will their bite cause a necrotizing wound? No. Most recluse bites amount to a small red spot that quickly goes away, and thats about it.

Either way, I am scared to death of spiders. If I lived down there, I would see to it that the pest control outfit came to my place every few months!
