Where do you like to go for an appetizer or dinner or drinks (or all of the above) in the valley?? Where are the best patios and why?

Stone & Vine in Chandler has a nice patio on the water. House of Tricks and Postino in Tempe (great for people watching). But my favorite is Bernards at Ocotillo Golf Resort in Chandler. Looking upon acres and acres of emerald green grass, the sounds of water and the smell of flowers, reminds me of being back in Southern California (unless it's over 100 degrees) The scratch made food is excellent too. The pic below does not do it justice.

V's taproom vistancia Peoria. Overlooking the 18th green at trilogy at vistancia. Excellent!
Ivy and olive Scottsdale. We ride our bikes from Shea on the other side of 101 to ivy and olive. Have lunch and bike back (on bike path). One of my favorite outings

Here:

LON's An Upscale Scottsdale Restaurant | The Hermosa Inn

Why?

A secluded spot in the middle of a city. Great service. Historic. Grows some of their own menu items. Very special atmosphere.

Pinnacle Peak Patio. The air is clean, you have decent views of the Valley spread out far away, virtually no traffic, surrounded by native flora/fauna (no palm tree nonsense), and you dine in the shadow of Pinnacle Peak. Too bad the restaurant is closing its doors after decades and decades of business. Enjoy it while you can!

Love all the replies!

I want to add one of mine, El Encanto in Cave Creek. Dining outside, it feels like you are really in Mexico.

A friend recommended The Sandbar in Chandler. Any thoughts on that one?

If the attractiveness of the women pressed up against you is a criteria, then yes Sandbar is a great outdoor patio It looks like this, but at night you can't really even see the patio as it is packed - at least the times I have been there, it has been over a year. They have one in Desert Ridge as well but that one seems to be less packed (been there as well).
