Hi!
I currently live in Ahwatukee and I am looking to move to the Biltmore area. I am in my twenties and have two kids part time. Are there any specific communities that are good for children? I am hoping to find a townhouse or condo that is walking distance to restaurants and activities. Thanks!

Biltmore Estates is considered very car dependent. https://www.walkscore.com/score/biltmore-estate-phoenix-az-85016 lake Biltmore village looks like the best bet. https://www.walkscore.com/AZ/Phoenix/Lake_Biltmore_Village For some reason Ahwatukee's info is knocked offline.

When you say Biltmore area, what specifically are you referring to? If you mean the Biltmore Estates, that is the true Biltmore area, which is like a small piece of Beverly Hills with its million dollar mansions and high end properties. The area along & south of Camelback between approximately 20th Street & 44th Street is often mistakenly referred to as Biltmore, but it's really Camelback East. Is this the area you're referring to? Maybe provide some major cross streets.
