Without access to any MLS stats at the moment, is there a way to find out which realty cos. have the best sales in WEST Maryvale-East Litchfield area of Phoenix. More or less around the I-10 at 101 intersection. Just wondering. Meanwhile I'll just do a map search of the companies in a couple of those area codes. My hood is very nice, gated, but not uber-high end just middle of the road - it is a single family / detached house in a gated HOA - the market is between $135 - 165.

Thanks all!

Best and usually most accurate way is to contact a title company. They can even tell you which agent is doing the most business

Are you planning on sellling your home?
Just because someone's got high stats, it doesn't mean they'd be the best person or company to sell YOUR particular property.

Remember, those stats are often the results of a team effort, working under one agent.

good points, everyone, thank you. I did, after all, disregard this and have gone with a local Redfin agent who works specifically in my area because they already have a better shot at finding buyers who are looking in this area anyway.
I know realtors work all over but I am simply more comfortable with my realty office being closer.

Why do they have a better shot at finding buyers in that area?
