I've never lived in Phoenix, but I used to travel there for business, along with L.A., Denver and Seattle. Phoenix was my favorite place to visit -- even in the summer -- specifically because the people were so friendly!

How many Mormons are there in a ton? Actually Arizona is about 6% LDS. That would mean that there are many, many tons of non-Mormons there.

Definitely hasn't been my experience. Maybe it's you.

And that is a problem because...?

Personally, I want to live next door to the couple that has all the emergency supplies in their garage. Hey, I read _One Second After_. I know what's coming.

Cheap housing you've got to be kidding me. Not in the phoenix metro unless you want a crime ridden area with horrible schools its far from cheap. Yes its a ton cheaper than LA, New York, San Francisco but I would hardly call it cheap. Depends on what city in the Phoenix area you move to Katzpur Gilbert and Mesa has a very large percentage of mormons.
