The last time I posted, I posted about moving to Tempe. However in these last few months things have changed dramatically and I am now able to broaden my scope.

I am a "twenty-something", adult student transferring to ASU at Phoenix in December.

I would like to find a good standing, modern, modern-ish, apartment/condo/townhouse, with options for up to 3 bedrooms.

I do not smoke and drink only on occasion, so I am not looking for a partying neighborhood, but a more mature area.

A place with a view and a pool if possible!

I am also an avid Golfer and Tennis player and I enjoy yoga, so any places close to fitness centers would be a bonus.

Thank you for your help!

I take it that you mean ASU Downtown? If so, there should be some condos in the area you could look into, starting with this link:
DOWNTOWN PHOENIX Condos For Sale.

A fair share of what's listed in that website is highrise or multi story condos. If that isn't what you're looking for, maybe try some areas away from downtown or the Central Corridor. There are quite a few townhomes that are single story or two story further north which would give you larger square footage. The area I live in (Camelback East) has a good share of these as well.
