Can anyone recommend which area will be best to live if one is working near Norterra drive 85085 and the other is working near buckeye road 85034 in Phoenix? Thanks

I vote for either Paradise Valley or one of the homes right on Central around Glendale Rd.

Default Commute

Do you think traveling from central city phoenix (s. 16th dr) to North phoenix (Norterra Dr) will be a bad commute?

Painful but doable. Norterra is WAY north.

Would be a reverse commute though and only 20 miles. Than again I-17 from I-10 to the 101 has to be my least favorite stretch of freeway in the state.

Agreed. It would be the opposite direction but depending on where in central Phoenix, they're looking at probably 40 minutes on an average day. Over an hour if there's an accident and OP, there are lots!

Um so I don't know exactly where you're looking but S 16th Drive to me means Southside Phoenix around 16th Ave...Not the greatest area...I assume that you're looking there because you want the best bang for your buck on a house? If that's the case I would recommend looking in 85034 85006 85008. One of you would have an easy commute (whoever works in 85034) and the other would have a much easier commute than from the Southside. Just my opinion.

Moon Valley- between 19th Ave & 7th St, and Greenway & Sweetwater.
