I have an offer to work at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital. I will be working 7PM-7AM so I should be going opposite of any traffic. What placewould people recommend as far as a less than thirty minute drive. My wife and I were visiting a few weeks a go and she really liked Surprise. That seems a bit far. I could also take a job at Banner Estrella. How would the drive there be from Surpise.

Default Good Sam

Surprise to Banner in Estrella during those times might be ok. Its hard to say with rush hour traffic. There are many new communities popping up in Goodyear and Avondale down closer to Estrella. Good Sam is a great hospital, I had my daughter there, I was high risk and she was born 3 months early. She is now a healthy and happy 8 yer old! Good luck!

Is Banner estrella by the 101 and Thomas? I live near the 303 and Olive and it takes me 20 minutes to get there.

The original question (topic of the thread) wasn't really answered by anyone.
What are nice areas to live in that are close to central phoenix and Banner Samaritan in particular.

Looking for a young couples crowd, as my fiance and I are new college grads. Nothing too party crazy though, most of those years have passed!
Preferably 2+ BR house for rent under $1100 in newly developed area.

TIA
