Go down to Old Towne Scottsdale. There are some cool stores there that would be happy to build you an Arizona basket.

If you are closer to Chandler, there is Sibley's West on San Marcos. I shopped there this week for a gift. They have tons of AZ stuff. A lot of it is made locally.

I've never seen an Arizona-style one. But I agree that Old Town is a good place to start. I'd buy a decorative box and make my own. AJ's is also a good place to find Arizona-based gift foods, like jellies and mustards.
