That area is really nice! It's very pretty. I wish more areas of Phoenix would go for the non-desert look. There is no rule that says you must have a tope stucco exterior with a red tile roof house in every community.

I like that about Gilbert. The rest of the Valley should take notice. A lot of their newer developments are not southwestern in style. Arcadia is starting to do that too. They are moving away from the generic southwest looking home that are even in the nicer parts of the Valley like Paradise Valley and Scottsdale.
