In the past few days almost everyone I know has severe vertigo and dizziness. Either something going around or something in the air.
Any one else having issues.

Yes. A number of people in my office have complained of this...myself included.

sudden onset of vertigo and dizziness can be due to a sinus infection or another condition called benign positional vertigo (BPV). If the vertigo persists, you should see a doctor. I had vertigo a few months ago and had a bad sinus infection. As doctors, when we get sick, we don't realize it and keep working ie we are bad patients. I was getting out of bed and almost falling over and still drove to work. Finally someone noticed and prescribed me antibiotics and that took care of it.

Vertigo can be due to a lot of other conditions too but the common ones are listed above.

saw a doctor, nothing wrong, said it must be the air as he is having a lot of patients with the same thing
