I was making a left turn heading West off of Central ave and onto McDowell rd. when I got flashed. I know I was pretty impatient as I had been sitting at that light for nearly 8 minutes in rush hour traffic and decided I wasn't going to sit there for the 4th light in a row, so I gunned it and hit the intersection as it changed to yellow. It's been nearly a month now and no ticket.

I doubt it was you that got the ticket was probably someone going though the intersection if you waited in the intersection once your past the curbs on both sides of you your legal it's that line if you cross it after it turns red the camera will get you but you can wait all day in the middle for traffic to clear before you turn. Left turn yield never has the right away if you turn and someone runs the light you will get the ticket or both will get tickets but you will be at fault for the accident.

Not long after I responded to this thread, I received my first red light ticket lol. Luckily, it's $50. I was expecting something higher.
