Does anyone have any experience with Holiday Spa mobile home park? I'm asking for a fellow Canadian. I don't have a lot of experience with that part of Phoenix, might be a little rough?

What about the park?

Thanks

That's an interesting area. Very scenic, backs up right to a mountain, but that Cave Creek/7th Street area has a pretty mixed reputation. On the plus side you'd be a few blocks north of there where it seems a little less trafficked.

I would say you'd probably be inside the park there but might occasionally feel a little iffy when you're out and about in the immediate vicinity to the South. I would describe it as an "average" to "average-minus" Phoenix neighborhood but the views/etc are great especially for a mobile home park.

Thanks for that ScottsdaleMark! Yes the views seem interesting but when it comes to the valley I'm most familiar with the 101 area from Cave Creek Rd. to Scottsdale Rd. and that is certainly different down there.

I was hoping someone might have some real life experience there.

And two of the good reviews in this case were from employees (it's clear when you read the reviews).

You might get better answers in the RV forum here on CD or another site specific to RV's.
