I guess I would have to say why Maricopa? you have the Gila River Indian Res on the north side and the Ak Chin on the south.

There are several new auto malls in Gilbert, Mesa and Chandler, where your husband should be able to find work. These are very large malls with quite a few dealers.
These cities are all in Maricopa County which includes the city of Phoenix. The schools are very good in Gilbert and Chandler.
I have information on mortgage brokers that can be of assistance, but I cannot put their names on the forum because it would be advertising, which is not allowed.
There are some great communities in Gilbert, and my favorite is the one where I live
Val Vista Lakes - Your Community . In November I sold very close to me to a family from Vancouver, BC. This community is within 15 minute drive to the three auto malls that I mentioned.
