Where on the river are all the Big trucks and thong swim suiters hanging out these days?
They used to be all at the bridge but it seems google earth shows some sort of picnic pavilion there and it don't look like you can drive down to the river anymore.
TIA,
RNR

They all contracted Staph infections and died from exposure to all the fecal matter in the river.

Are you serious? I was just there and, let's just say if there are trucks and thongs there it most likely won't be a pretty sight. As a matter of fact, there will probably be yellow caution tape around the area!

I guess no one has lived there long enough to remember the river parties. 1989 through 1997.
They were at the bridge on the Rio Salado.

I remember them well. I haven't been out tubing in years and had no idea that wasn't the spot anymore. Hope someone actually gives you an answer to your question.

Google Saguaro Lake Cove. Seems to be a good spot if you have an offroad vehicle.
