the UK only accounts for 3% of S&P 500 revenue,,,,the whole EU about 11%,,,the UK already has its own currency....things will be back to normal soon, and this will be better in the long term. It was a big "NO" to socialism and big government. The leftist media were distorting poll results for political reasons, just like they do in the US. Another E Coli outbreak at JackintheBox would have a greater effect on Phoenix. I think the fact that the German markets were down a lot more than the UK, says it is good for the UK. I bought shares of Boeing on Friday.

Wait for what? Are you buying this home as an investment or a home to live in?

If the concern is recession you're probably gonna be fine. We're in a good economic run and aren't connected enough to be influenced significantly by something happening in Europe.

I'd be worried about renting before I'd be worried about buying with rent being so sky high - it's getting to be almost ridiculous - couldn't find anything less than $1450 for a 2 bedroom condo in my area?! mortgage on that same condo wouldn't be that much!!! If you can buy now - it's a great time!!!

Does it matter either way? You were spot on with your first sentence.

Interest rates will go down, if only temporarily.

They already have - pretty significantly... I locked in a rate just prior (I still got a good rate though).
