We don't need more laws/police to prevent panhandling. So long as there's gullible people to support them, they will be there. If people wise up the problem will go away. I see panhandlers daily. I do my part by not handing over my money. It's that simple. They're an annoyance but not criminal. Ignore and they will go away.
