We are moving to Scottsdale by mid of oct, would like to know some good apartments which have good south indian communities.. also please let us know some good preschools in and around the phoenix.

I haven't seen a ton of south Indian people in the Scottsdale area.

Whether in homes or apartments, people here tend not to live in neighborhoods based on ethnicity like one might see in other cities, so I'm not aware of apartment communities in Scottsdale that would fit that description. You might get some guidance by contacting one of the Indian cultural groups, like this one:

There is a community at the North-East side Tatum Blvd & Bell Rd which is flocked by Indians. I would assume there are enough of South Indians too in them.
