I'm moving to Phoenix with my family in November/December, looking for an updated home, at least 3 bedrooms with a pool in a good school district for under $350k. I've looked at Madison school district, but it seems expensive. Any other suggestions on areas to take a look at? I work from home so a commute is not an issue.

Thanks in advance!

In your price range of under $350K, it may be difficult in the Madison District to find what you're looking for. If you're working from home, there are several other good school districts to consider. 85050 - Desert Trails Elementary is a good one that you may like.

Have you considered Chandler? It's not in Phoenix but it's a very nice suburb in the southeast valley.

Chandler is known to have many of the best schools in the entire metropolitan area, most of it is in the Kyrene district which is highly regarded.

Chandler attracts a lot of business professionals and it's family-friendly with safe neighborhoods.

I'm sure you can find something there in your pricerange, it's certainly worth looking into.

You're moving here in less than two months and have only selected one school district / area?
If location is not an issue than there are several other areas you could consider.

Rent for 6 months to a year before you buy. Then decide.
