Just came across this article comparing the ten best and worst cities for wage growth. Unfortunately Phoenix has a spot on the list, not the favorable one! How do you guys interpret this?

It's a little outdated being that the data used is for 2014. But it's also not all that surprising as the top areas are full of booming industries which we don't have a lot of here.

On the flip-side there has been some positive news on local wage growth this year.
