I just recieved a job offer in Maricopa (the city, not the county). I have been looking all over the internet, but I can't find any apartment complexes in Maricopa. Are there any?
I have found many nice houses for only $800 or so a month and that would be great, but then I would not have a pool available and I love to swim. Are there any community pools that would be pretty close to a rental house? Or maybe I could find a house for rent in a neighborhood that has a neighborhood pool. If you know of anywhere that sounds like what I'm looking for please let me know.
Thank you so much!

There are no apartments/condos/townhomes in the city of Maricopa. However, you should be able to find a good rental house with a pool for less than $1000 per month. Depending on your rental contract, you might have to pay for the upkeep of the pool.

Also, about half of the housing communities have community (public) pools for homeowners/renters, which is included in the HOA fees. Depending on your rental contract, the owner usually pays the HOA fees -- meaning you would have access to the community pool as part of your rent. Off the top of my head, the largest community (called Rancho El Dorardo) has a community pool.

There is a public pool....that looks pretty pathetic. Try for a subdivision with a community pool.
