I have a rental home I plan to put on the market soon. Today I took off two sunscreens from the kitchen windows and one from a living room window. I cleaned the windows and with the blinds pulled up the first floor had a lot more light. The bedrooms are on the second floor.

I like the first floor with a lot of natural light and all the windows have blinds.

But will potential renters think it is strange if windows don't have sunscreens?

Thoughts?

Just tell them that you have the sunscreens in the garage and took them off to let in more light. They can put them on if they like.
