My son and his wife will be moving to Phoenix area and are looking for $200,000 or so in a safe neighborhood not more that 30-45 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Any recommendations?

Smile Has anyone else built with Platinum Homes?

We are currently in the process of having our house built with Platinum Homes. So far, the experience has been great and our Project Manager- Tiffany is so helpful!

We have some close friends that built with them a couple of years ago and they had a great experience as well. I know they have had some issues with their roof, but nothing that Platinum hasn't jumped on to take care of.

Well, So far I highly reccomend them.

Our home is being built by Centex Homes in Goodyear and I can't tell you how pleased we have been with the process so far. Everyone at Centex has been fantastic to work with. Our house is nearing completion.

I'll be working in the West Valley and have read a lot of positives about Goodyear.

I would look up the JD Power new home owner satisfaction survey for 2007. I remember being surprised when I saw some of the big names that were below average. Trend, Centex and TW Lewis had the highest scores.

We visited the Planned Community of the CENTEX homes in Goodyear and it is beautiful. we are currently living in Buckeye but we are planning to move to Goodyear or Avondale. I work in Phoenix but the Long Drive & Price of gas is getting too deep into our budget.
