I think this answers my question.

I don't wanna make this a hassle for me when filling it up and I will ask them to do a tune with 91 octane.

I can tell you there is no way avgas can support 12.5:1 or high boosted engines I saw a small block Chevy knocking while idling once we put 112 octane race gas mixed with 91 octane unleaded no more knocking it wasn't really long term solution he ended up changing the pistons so it was 10:1.

I would never use avgas in a high performance engine it's designed for aircraft engines which are specific to their application.
