Since the monsoon begun has anyone utilizing OTA for local TV (Phoenix metro) experienced missing channels?

We cut the cord in 2010 and use a roof antenna with no problems. Three weeks ago, around the start of monsoon Channel 15 ABC stopped coming in. The antenna company tech support made some suggestions and we have followed them all: higher mount, interior signal boosters and separate VHF/UHF antennas. All spliters have been replaced. The coax plus fittings has been checked and replaced if even slightly suspect. The antenna direction has been confirmed with a compass countless time. Still no ABC15.

During past monsoons, the PBS channels were always sketchy. The recent antenna upgrades have eliminated that. The picture quality on all channels has noticeably improved. Yet still - no ABC15.

Try auto rescan in your TV menu. Sometimes signals seem to move or change. 38.5 changed from This TV to Action TV network. A new channel has popped up at 10.4 called Light tv. 15.1 is never a problem

ABC 15 is one of the strongest channels I can get with my antenna. I don't have a rooftop one, just inside. I've never been able to get PBS, and NBC requires me to fiddle with the antenna to get it. No changes recently.

I agree with the other poster who said to re-scan and see if that fixes it.

Anytime a channel disappears I rescan and it comes back.

Regarding re-scanning...been there, done that too.

Three TVs have Tivo boxes attached and one is straight-lined to the antenna. Regardless of whether a TV has a DVR or not - Channel 15 still wiil not come in.

Yesterday I attached a brand new out of the box TV to the mix - first time channel scan...no ABC.

I can see the transmitters from my front yard. Sometimes I'm suspicious that I am getting interference from planes landing at Sky Harbor, passing cars and even people walking around in the driveway next door. I think I need a rooftop or attic antenna. I think I could lay a nice big rooftop antenna on the insulation over the room for this tv. I have a new 65 inch Sony in my living room and it gets everything perfectly. You can even speak to the remote control and it searches for you.tube netflix amazon and others. Sorry to ramble.

Rooftop is anchored on 2nd floor. Laborer who made this connection was impressed as reception captures all Tucson channels as over-the-air, here in the Valley. Time of year as atmospheric conditions will present occasional problems. Wipe out for me is Channel 3.
One college basketball game was doing a fade on local network and it had a perfect connect with this network further east.
Ironic to be watching the action where all 'local' ads were Tucson based. Not a technician, possibly a recent remodel/addition of something (near to you) which causes interference, for just this one station?

I am using Mohu Leaf with amplifiers on all sets. Channel 12's have been the main problem on my bedroom tv and now the channel 8's too. Living room has been perfect on all channels. Do red brick and plaster really block the signal?

I suspect ch.15 may have changed from the uhf band to the vhf-h band, based on the fact that I can receive all vhf-h stations but only one uhf, with my fm radio antenna which is tuned to the 88-108 MHz band.

Do you get ch. 8 OK? It's also a vhf-h transmitter.

FYI: vhf-h is around 200 MHz
uhf is 400+ MHz

No, 8, 10 and 12 are the only VHF channels. The rest, including, 15, are UHF.
