You should always question data but when a city is ranked time and time again and you find it showing up in quantitative lists like some sites provide the there’s probably some merit to the claims. I tend to like Wallethub’s lists personally.

As you said you like chandler quite a lot, the lists seem to be accuarate in this case.

I'd love for these publications to take a ride around the neighbor'hoods' around city hall and take pics of them to post as part of their evidence for putting Chandler on their best city list.

Because a small area of predominately Hispanic residences should disqualify it.

Never mind the economic prowess and miles of upscale and middle class housing, when there are old houses and brown people.

https://wallethub.com/edu/best-cities-for-jobs/2173/

Chandler, Scottsdale, Peoria, Gilbert ranked 4 out of 5 top cities as best cities for jobs in 2018, with Chandler ranked #1 in the nation.

Kind of surprising.

Are they talking about the abundance of jobs or the quality of jobs available?

I misread chandler as flagstaff, I would believe this if they said sedona or flagstaff, not chandler lol.

I mean I suppose if those office buildings house 6 figure jobs that are flowing like a river to any qualified applicant, but I some how doubt that.

Hey man, I just want the people to see all of Chandler's beauty. Got something against old houses and brown people? Don't think that would be good for Chandler's rep as numero uno? 😂

Well, this explains why it was so hard to get a home we liked in Chandler. Made two offers and got outbid on both homes. Third home we put in an offer before I'd even been inside. lol Boy, I know how to make things difficult on myself. lol Finally moved into Chandler in mid-January. So far, so good.
