I doubt any cutting edge community will get built. But it seems like a great place for a warehouse or manufacturing once an interstate from Mexico to Vegas is in.

The 11 "is going to happen". It's funded and the Feds are backing it 100 percent and in general the route has been picked, just working out a few million details.
Oh' people can jump up and down about how it will ruin the desert and poison the air......no, it won't.

Mr. Gates has purchased that area for a reason. And, by the way, why do you folks think the state built the 10/303 loop?
Certainly not for the fun of it. Bigger things is a comin', it has already started.

Just an opinion.......but, I'm right.

It will pave over the desert and may increase pollution. But I agree it's happening. I don't know about a cutting edge community way out there though; that commute would deter most people.

The I-11 route is not finalized, but since you said "in general", I will give you a pass on that.

It is also NOT funded. The Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act of 2015 gave the I-11 project priority status, but provided no specific funding. Nevada chose to use part of their general hiway allocation from that act to fund small sections of I-11, but to the best of my knowledge, no funding has ever been allocated for any I-11 construction from the feds. So, unless you can up with evidence to prove you are right, you are wrong!

It's not along the 303. It's along Sun Valley Parkway on the other side of Tartesso. I-10 is close. It's in Buckeye. At some point in time, Buckeye will be bigger than Phoenix.

When will I-11 start construction in Maricopa county? I drove to Laughlin NV a few weeks ago and I-11 project was already happening near Kingsman.

They've done some work out by Wickenburg already.
