What are you asking? Regardless of “whether (sic) tax housing, neighborhoods, Fauna & Flora, laws ,culture food”. What else is there? I think you’ll fit right in.

Based on your lack of proper punctuation and syntax in your initial post, Phoenix should fit you like a glove.

OP, what is bringing you to Phoenix? Job? Family? Change of pace? It will make a difference in your experience. Also, have you ever been out here or are you considering a blind leap?

From the subject line I thought you were moving from Carefree to Goodyear.

Pros: most likely lower taxes, no severe weather, fewer repairs related to weather, most everything her is new(er)
Cons: Minimal greenery, little weather variation, you won't be planting bulbs and watching them bloom in the spring

This is a great place in many respects, but I do miss the grass, trees, and rain.
