Or is that even possible to go through Phoenix summer without car AC?

I'm sure many have including my cousins who grew up in Tuscan.

In the middle of last summer I turned off the AC after waking up to see how long it takes for the house to become unbearable.

I made it to around 2:00 pm when the temperature reached 95 degrees before I turned the AC back on.

Any Arizonaians ever went through summer May-Sept WITHOUT air conditioner?
Rarely.

There may be many New Mexicoians which do, but it's becoming a rare thing for Arizonans.

Possible, yes.

However, most Arizonans wouldn't recommend it.

Of course. I see cars on the road all summer with windows open - no AC. I did it myself for a summer or two. When you're broke and so is your AC, you just do it.

Besides that people have lived here for hundreds of years without AC which is a modern invention. Today people work outdoors in the summer and there are many poorer folks who do not have working home AC or the money to feed the electric meter to pay for it. It is not pleasant but it is hardly going to kill you if you stay hydrated.

No AC in the house? No, absolutely not now. 50 years ago, maybe... with a swamp cooler before the monsoon kicked in and the windows open at night, but it doesn't cool off at night like it used to.

No AC in my car? Yes, I did that for a couple of summers MANY years ago. I sweat in places I didn't know I had. Not recommended.

It’s possible. I’ve done it in the car. It was not fun, but when you’re young and have no money you just have to deal with it.

As for my house? That sounds brutal.

Not possible? LOL, it's not like you'll burst into flames. Why would you want to, OP?

I'm kind of surprised this unusual question got posted again. I remember one similar a few years back. I suspect it's posted from people from other parts of the country.

Does the OP mean not even an evap cooler?? If an evap cooler is permitted, then an easy "yes". But if the question is "no evap and no AC, my answer is below:

If life depended on it and you had plenty of food and water, you'd survive with no evap or AC as long as you have protection from the sun. But you may not sleep well, and i guarantee you'd be in a bad mood most of the time.

I'm not saying I would want to live without it, but I think that one of the reasons people find summer so unbearable is because of AC. You sit in the house most of the time cocooning and then go out on occasion where the heat slaps you in the face, shocks you, and saps your energy instantly. One never acclimates to it because he hides from it. I notice when I spend a day outdoors at the lake and such, the heat is not such a big deal. The day warms, gets really excessive and you find shade (more important than AC), then it cools nicely to the upper 90s as the sun sets. If anywhere along the way I take comfort with AC, say in the RV or a restaurant, the heat is far more objectionable later.

Some homes in Tucson may have swamp coolers instead of AC; however, that is much more common in Tucson than in Phoenix. As for not having either, I can't imagine not having it.
