Well....not the principal purpose exactly, it’s a registered vehicle I still drive several times a week. Just don’t have driveway space for it.

Well, the ordinance is what it is. If it doesn't bother your neighbors to the point that they make a phone call, you're likely okay. I do think the ordinance is really intended for a car that is just parked there for sale and doesn't move much otherwise.
