Which downtown apartment? (Phoenix, Summit: apartments, rentals, lofts)

Hi all, relocating on a military move to Phoenix. I want to live within walking distance to my office. I have narrowed it down to the hi-rise across from Chase Field on 4th St, the apartments above the Palomar on Central, Proxy 333 Apartments. Really like the ones across from Chase but not sure about the driving hassles during games and such. Does anyone have any input? Or maybe I’m missing somewhere else that I didn’t mention.

Personally I like the ones above Palomar because the train going in both directions is just outside your door. Although they are all walkable, it seems that one has the absolute closest amenities.

Another one to check out would be 44 Monroe.

I would say Palomar #1, Proxy # 2 and Summit #3

There are possible rentals in Stadium Lofts at 424 S. 2nd Street. These are condos, minimum sq footage is 1,114 sq ft. One bedroom open concept, 1.5 baths with balcony, washer/dryer and free gated covered parking. No pool but probably less pricey than the others mentioned for more space.
