Hi- stupid question as I have no idea. How can you best outsource folding laundry? - In my family, that's the least-liked chore. How can we best outsource this? - Thanks so much.

Yellow Pages under Fluff and Fold.

They do the laundry, fold it and have a nice stack or stacks waiting for you. You can probably even have it delivered.

Does anyone else think this is hilarious?

How big is your family, that it's considered such a burdensome chore? Maybe the easiest thing would be to convince your family that it's actually a nice chore because - unlike, say, dusting - you see immediate results. Just take the armsful of laundry and dump it in a room where there's a TV that can be watched while folding.

Apart from that, hiring a high school kid seems like theist solution. Or even an elderly person who might like to earn a little money.

If you have children they shouldn't have a choice. Just fold the damn laundry.

Folding laundry alone? Nah, wont happen; someone would charge you same price as wash and fold or any other laundering/cleaning process, there just isn't any profit otherwise.
